Delivery and order status

Dispatch, route awareness, customer updates, and the intended live delivery experience.

Product guidance · Updated 23 July 2026

A connected lifecycle

An order should move clearly from waiting for acceptance through preparation, ready, dispatch, and completion. Staff and customers see different views of the same canonical lifecycle.

Restaurant-owned delivery

Plenty is designed to support restaurant drivers, assignment, route planning, and realistic estimates. External courier fulfillment can be an optional fallback without giving up the customer order or CRM record.

Live connections are explicit

GPS, maps, messaging, and courier providers depend on the connections enabled for the restaurant. Prototype visuals should not be mistaken for an active provider integration.

FAQ

Is live GPS always included today?

No. The product is designed for live tracking, but the exact behavior depends on the implemented provider connections.

Can external marketplace orders appear in operations?

They may be imported as clearly labeled external-source orders when a supported connection exists.
