Customer ordering
The menu-first experience, cart, checkout, account, and order-status journey.
A clear order summary
Guests can review items, quantities, modifiers, and totals in a conventional cart while the menu remains primary. The same order summary continues into checkout.
Checkout, account, and status
The connected customer shell continues through checkout, saved addresses, order history, reorder, and a live-feeling status page. The experience stays restaurant-facing while Plenty owns the underlying customer and order system.
A Branded Restaurant App with Pro
Pro restaurants can add the Branded Restaurant App capability for iOS and Android for 1,000 DKK per month. Plenty prepares the standard app from the restaurant's approved brand, menu, content, and settings. It is the customer channel for ordering and return, not the Plenty Partner App used by staff.
FAQ
Do customers need an account?
No for a basic order. A customer account can make repeat ordering faster through saved addresses, history, and preferences.
Can customers review an order before checkout?
Yes. The cart shows the selected items, quantities, modifiers, and totals before the customer continues to checkout.
