Included with every live restaurant plan
Every active Plenty restaurant subscription includes one standard Branded Restaurant App for iOS and Android. Plenty builds and maintains it from the restaurant's approved logo, colors, menu, content, and settings instead of handing the owner a generic app builder.
The same customer and order system
The app is another direct customer channel, not another backend. It uses the same Plenty-owned customer identity, menu, cart, checkout, saved addresses, order history, reorder, loyalty, consent, and order-status foundation as the restaurant's web experience.
Separate from the Plenty Partner App
Customers use the restaurant's Branded Restaurant App to browse and order. Owners and staff use the shared Plenty Partner App for orders, menus, customers, delivery, campaigns, reports, and settings. Customer and staff identities remain separate.
Current production boundary
The current repository does not yet build, sign, submit, or publish production App Store or Google Play apps. Store accounts, legal assets, deep links, push credentials, release operations, and review remain a deliberate production workstream. Store approval and timing cannot be guaranteed by Plenty.
FAQ
Is the Branded Restaurant App an add-on?
No for the standard Plenty app. It is included with every active platform plan. Bespoke native screens or integrations outside the shared product can be separately scoped custom work.
Is it the same as the Plenty Partner App?
No. The Branded Restaurant App is for restaurant customers. The Plenty Partner App is the shared operations workspace for owners and staff.
Is app-store publication guaranteed?
No platform can guarantee third-party store approval or timing. Plenty can prepare, submit, maintain, and respond to review requirements once the production app pipeline is enabled.
