The Branded Restaurant App is for customers
Every active Plenty restaurant plan includes a Branded Restaurant App for iOS and Android. Customers use the restaurant's app to browse the menu, order, reorder, access their account, follow order status, and use loyalty features as they become enabled.
The restaurant's logo, approved colors, menu, content, and customer experience shape the app. Plenty builds and maintains the standard product instead of giving the restaurant a generic drag-and-drop app builder.
The Plenty Partner App is for the restaurant team
Owners, managers, kitchen staff, and drivers use the shared Plenty Partner App. This is the operational backend where the restaurant receives orders, updates preparation status, manages the menu, works with customers, coordinates delivery, and reviews the business.
Customers do not log into the Plenty Partner App, and staff do not manage operations inside the restaurant's Branded Restaurant App.
Both connect to one restaurant workspace
The two apps share the same Plenty platform underneath them. A menu change approved in Plenty can reach the web ordering experience and the Branded Restaurant App. A customer order can enter the Plenty Partner App without creating another order database or disconnected customer record.

Included product, honest production boundary
The standard Branded Restaurant App is included with every active Plenty plan. Bespoke native screens or unusual integrations can still be separately scoped so the included app does not become an unlimited custom-development project.
The current Plenty repository does not yet build or publish production App Store or Google Play apps. Signing, store accounts, legal assets, submission, review, deep links, push credentials, and release operations remain a deliberate production workstream, and store approval or timing cannot be guaranteed.
